Our long-standing collaboration with the Ivanhoe of Manly Hotel spans more than 15 years, beginning with the creation of its now-iconic chic coastal classic aesthetic. From the outset, the vision was clear: a relaxed yet refined hotel that reflected Manly’s beachside character while elevating it with thoughtful design, quality materials, and an enduring sense of style.

The original design established a timeless foundation—light-filled spaces, a coastal palette, and an atmosphere that felt effortlessly welcoming. It was a look that resonated strongly with both locals and visitors, balancing elegance with approachability and allowing the hotel to age gracefully without losing relevance or appeal.

More recently, we were engaged to deliver a clean and considered update, focusing on furniture and lighting to refresh the experience while respecting the integrity of the original design. Subtle yet impactful, these updates enhance comfort, warmth, and functionality, ensuring the Ivanhoe of Manly continues to feel current, inviting, and unmistakably at home by the sea.
