Celebrity Melbourne Chef Teage Ezard opens ‘Black By Ezard’ in The Star Casino September 15 2011. What can only be described as a masterpiece, Paul Kelly Design has created a custom 150 seat restaurant space, with 12 months solid design work. The restaurant is
